•             After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

•             Order processing time before shipping is 3-6 business days

•             Shipping takes 4-6 business days via USPS.

•             We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.

•             Customer is responsible for any re-delivery fee.

•             We currently offer shipping to worldwide with our shipping partner. Our shipping rates are based on product weight Shipping takes 10-14 business days (not including any customs and duties delays. The order processing time before shipping is 3-6 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. WE DO NOT ACCEPT  EXCHANGES.  NO RETURNS.

RETURNS

•             Return Will Be Accepted Under Business Discretion

•             Returns must be initiated within 7 DAYS of the original order’s arrival.

•             Merchandise must be in unused condition with all labels attached to the product.

•             We do not accept returns on Jewelry unless is in an unopened condition and with the original seal.

•             All sale items are final.

•             Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

•             Return Tracking # is REQUIRED in order to process Returns/Exchanges.

•             Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
